Cambodian diplomat in a deep dream in UNSC submit in New YorkThis anonymous idiot is a diplomat of Cambodian Delegation in UNSC (UN Security Council). The submit was held recently on 17 Oct 06 in New York in purposes of preparing for the selection of new members into the council.
I dun understand what the hell he was doing right there... though i might feel sleepy in class sometimes, i never have that completely naked day-dreaming. Oh God, damn it.

Well, it's hard to blame him. No one would wanna do such a thing but sometimes you just have no strength at all for just to open your eyes. Hum... He's not an idiot since at least he's there where we are not ;) (No offense)

ReplyDeleteIt's so sad to see the representative of a whole country sleep at an important meeting, but it's sadder still because that's not totally unexpected of cambodian reps.
