REtired!

The Premier understands well that senior civil servant must retire when they reach 55 years of age so as to enable the next generation of youth to take up the jobs to develop the country with new, fresh, and advanced ideas, knowledge, and skills.

However, Premier said before that he would love to run the country even after his 90 so as to enable him to achieve all his visions and beat up the opposition competitors.

Prime minister, deputy prime minister, and ministers are not civil servants... so they all can't be enforced under the decree, or can it?

Raping Is A Big Issue in Cambodia

Rape and debauchery... i think legalizing prostitution would be the best solution for the damn poor country like cambodia. There are at least two reasons for that:

Firstly, sexual desire, though in some case contributing to self-inducementis, is a natural force and thus, i think, is hard for a number of people to restrain from the drive. Since prostitution is only available in the city and big town, those in the rural areas couldn't afford the time and money just to go for that, but instead target those around them, sadly even to their owns kids. I don't think you should suggest them to read books or play sports all the time they want it. And that's why prostitution should be legalized and spred across the country; easy access with variety and affordable price.

Acutally prostitution also helps creates more jobs for those uneducated people. Not many jobs in the market, it'd better for those unemployees to seek for other sources of incomes; no more relying on others. Besides, you shouldn't deny that some people would enjoy having that profession rather than working off their guts just to earn few bucks from factories. Those other guys wouldn't need to rob or steal if they don't have jobs. You know this business is lucrative.

But what are the underlying problems? HIV... minor worker, human trafficking, social disorder...

But i think it's easier to solve all these problems. As long as there's proper control over forced and underaged sexual labour, and enough medical care support to the workers, most problems would be solved. The biggest problem is the social value system that puts a lot of burdons on those people. I wonder what matters with people? It's their bodies; they wana sell it, just let them do. Give them freedom to pursue what they think is right for themselves. You can try to educate them, but should never restrict them. At the end, don't you like to make love too?

Oh yeah... i put it this way:

You need sex, you can go to brothel; you need food, you can go to foodcourt. So simple as that.
