How to Rid of Corruption in Cambodia

Do u really care about corruption in Cambodia?

I don't care. Do you know what i care about?

I care only about how to wisely and effectively bribe in Cambodia.

What to do when it's flooding. You must try to prevent when the big water is coming. Get ready the canal or rise up a wall of sand bags.

Yah, but when it's already flooded... How? Be prepared how to live in, on, over, or whatever, it. It's not easy buddies, but at least you learn how to survive.

This morning, i went to the Ministry of Industry yah yah yah... I asked a few questions to an officer there. What happened? Hey he was out looking for info almost an hour. I was waiting like crazy.

On the way back to the office, my driver told me sth... (you should give him some understanding, otherwise you didn't need to wait that long). Hah only that kinda enquiry? Wow, anyway he used a very good word "Monosanh Jetna".

Oh man, i've got a big problem now. Not that i don't have Monosanh Jetna, but i don't know when, how, and where to have that Monosanh Jetna. Really!

I must learn this fast, otherwise my heart's gona be broken again and again.

  1. Corruption is important because:
    1. it adds to the cost of living;
    2. it means that only the rich can get the services that everyone pays for;
    3. it undermines faith in the government; and,
    4. it encourages criminal behavior on the part of citizens who come to believe that if the government can be criminal why shouldn't they.

  3. Hi James, nice comment frm u.

    think we'd prefer not to have it cos it's just another added cost. But u c if v don't do it, then v just can't get our work done right or on time.

    v must be flexible. v r taught to choose a good path, but v needa know how to walk on those muddy, slippy, and bumpy road: A law of survival.

    And the gov't is the one that makes up faith, not that we do it to the gov't.

    Not that we wana follow the gov't deeds, but v needa learn how to stay alive in a crocodile mouth.

    Oh btw.. anyone noe who's that sick anynomous man. u don't understand Thorma. U noe what? u must understand yrself b4 bolding yr head. U sick man always destroy the temple's name cos of yr ignorance.
