problem viewing khmer unicode

If you encounter problem viewing khmer unicode in internet explorer 6, 7, or 8 after its installation, you could follow this:

-Save this file "USP10.DLL " into your C:\program files\internet explorer folder
-Close your web browser and open it again. It should work like mine...

    i can't read khmer unicode properly in web page(i use opera browser ).khmer text shown in disorder.how can i fix this problem
